View a Customer’s Special Orders

  1. ClosedNavigate to the customer's Special Orders for (customer) screen.

    1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

    2. Select a Customer.

    3. Select Customer Admin > Special Orders from the main menu to display the customer's Special Orders for (customer) screen.

  2. If needed, Sort and Filter Onscreen Data.
  3. If desired, click a special order to display its Special Order Detail record.

    Note: Double-click the record to close it.

  4. Click the tab's Close button to close the screen.
