Select an Employee’s Security Roles

Complete the following procedure to select an employee's security roles (permissions).

  1. ClosedNavigate to an employee's Security Information for (employee) screen.

    1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

    2. Select an Employee.

    3. Select Employee > Security Information from the main menu to display the employee's Security Information for (employee) screen.

  2. Complete the following procedures as needed to select the desired set of roles for the employee:

    Note: Refer to Security Roles for more information about specific roles and associated permissions.

  3. Click the Submit button to display a confirmation message in the upper right portion of the screen.

  4. Click the tab's Close button to close the screen.
