Manage Company Contacts

  1. ClosedNavigate to the Company Information for (company) screen.

    1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

    2. Select Setup > Company Info from the main menu to display the Company Information for (company) screen.

  2. Complete the following procedures as needed to manage company contacts:

    ClosedAdd a Contact

    ClosedEdit a Contact

    ClosedDelete a Contact

  3. ClosedEnter/edit Company Contact information in the window.

  4. Click the Save button to close the window and display the contact on the Company Information for (company) screen.
  5. Click the Submit Changes button to display a “Record saved” confirmation message below the button.
  6. Click the tab's Close button to close the screen.
