Work Orders for (customer) screen

The Work Orders for (customer) screen allows the user to view a customer's work orders.

Use the Work Orders for (customer) screen

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

2. Select a Customer.

   

3. Select Customer Admin > Work Orders from the main menu to display the customer's Work Orders for (customer) screen.

   

4. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   Work Order entry

   Click a work order to display its Work Order Detail record.
