Check the Include Rentals checkbox to display rental firearms in the list. Uncheck the checkbox to remove rental firearms from the list.

Click the Refresh button to display the most recent information.

Use these controls on the screen as needed to modify the list.

• Enter a term (string of characters) in the Search field to display only records containing that term.
• Click the Clear Search (X) button to undo the Search field filter.
• Click the Clear All button to undo all filters.
• Click the Toggle Filters button to display filter controls at the tops of the columns. (Click again to hide the controls.)
• Click the Export to Excel (Table) button to export the data to an Excel file formatted like the screen.
• Click the Column Chooser button to hide or display individual columns.

Complete any of these procedures to select the firearm(s) for which labels will be printed:

• Check a firearm’s checkbox to select it.
• Uncheck a firearm's checkbox to deselect it.
• Check the column's checkbox to select all firearms.
• Uncheck the column's checkbox to deselect all firearms.

A user must be granted the IMCost security role to use this feature.
