Delete a Gunsmithing Work Order

Complete the following procedure to delete an open, firearm-related work order.

Note: A work order that has been paid for may not be deleted.

Note: To delete a non-firearm work order, refer to Update an Open Work Order.

1. Navigate to the Open Work Orders (gunsmithing) screen.

   1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

      

   2. Select Gunsmithing > Open Work Orders from the main menu to display the Open Work Orders screen.

   

2. If needed, Sort and Filter Onscreen Data.

   Note: If a work order's Due Date occurs in the past or within the next three days, the system displays it in red.

3. Click a work order’s Delete button to display a deletion confirmation window.
4. Click the Yes button to remove the work order from the Open Work Orders screen.
5. Click the tab's Close button to close the screen.
