Import Min/Max Levels

Complete the following procedure to import min/max data into the system by creating, populating, and importing a formatted Excel file.

1. Navigate to the Min/Max Import screen.

   1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center Ribbon Menu.

   2. 

      Select Inventory Management > Min/Max Import from the ribbon menu to display the Min/Max Import screen.

   

2. If needed, Sort and Filter Reporting Screen Data.

3. Click the Export to Excel button to export the template format to an Excel file.

4. Populate the Excel file with min/max information.

5. Save the Excel file.

6. Navigate to the Min/Max Import screen.

7. Click the Import from Excel button to display the Load Excel Import window.

8. Browse to the desired location.
9. Double-click the saved Excel file to select it and start the import process.

10. If the system detects any errors, it displays the Import Complete with Errors window.

    Complete any of the following as needed:

    • Click the Print/Save button to display the errors in a formatted template file that may be manually printed and/or saved. Click another button as appropriate to close this window.

    • Click the Continue button to continue with the import for the uploaded items.
    • Click the Cancel button to cancel the import.

11. When the import is complete, the system displays the Upload Complete window.

12. Click the Close button to close the window.
13. Click the tab's Close button to close the screen.
