Manage Payment Terminals

1. Navigate to the Payment Terminal screen.

   1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

      

   2. Select Setup >Payment Terminal Setup from the main menu to display the Payment Terminal Setup screen.

      Note: A user must be granted the CreditCardSetup security role to use this feature.

   

2. Complete the following procedures as needed to manage terminals:

   Add a Terminal	Click the Add Payment Terminal button to display a blank Payment Terminal Details window. Continue with the procedure below.
   Edit a Terminal	Click a terminal's Edit button to display its Payment Terminal Details window. Continue with the procedure below.
   Unregister All POS Workstations from the Terminal	Click a terminal's Edit button to display its Payment Terminal Details window. Click the Unregister All POS button to display a confirmation window. Click the Close button to close the window.

   

3. Enter/edit Terminal information in the window.

   Payment Terminal Name
   IP Address	(Example: 10.1.123.147)
   Port	Leave at default value: 5015
   Secondary Port	Leave at default value: 5016

4. Click the Submit button to close the Payment Terminal Details window and add/update the terminal in the list on the Payment Terminal screen.

5. Register POS workstations (machines) to the terminal as appropriate. Refer to Register a Physical Machine to a Terminal for more information.
