Firearm Inventory Report screen

The Firearm Inventory Report screen allows the user to generate and view a record showing every inventoried firearm and its associated costs.

Use the Firearm Inventory Report screen

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center Ribbon Menu.

2. 

   Select Firearms > Firearm Inventory Report from the ribbon menu to display the Firearm Inventory Report screen.

3. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   Include NFA checkbox	Check the Include NFA checkbox to display all firearm types in the list. Uncheck the checkbox to remove NFA firearms from the list.
   Include Rentals checkbox	Check the Include Rentals checkbox to display rental firearms in the list. Uncheck the checkbox to remove rental firearms from the list.
   Print button	Click the Print button to print labels for selected firearms
   Refresh button	Click the Refresh button to display the most recent information.
   List/Raw Data Tab controls	Use these controls on the screen as needed to modify the list. Enter a term (string of characters) in the Search field to display only records containing that term. Click the Clear Search (X) button to undo the Search field filter. Click the Clear All button to undo all filters. Click the Toggle Filters button to display filter controls at the tops of the columns. (Click again to hide the controls.) Click the Export to Excel (Table) button to export the data to an Excel file formatted like the screen. Click the Column Chooser button to hide or display individual columns.
   Firearm selection checkboxes	Complete any of these procedures to select the firearm(s) for which labels will be printed: Check a firearm’s checkbox to select it. Uncheck a firearm's checkbox to deselect it. Check the column's checkbox to select all firearms. Uncheck the column's checkbox to deselect all firearms.
   Edit button	Click a firearm’s Edit button to display its Firearm Description window.
   Cost column	A user must be granted the IMCost security role to use this feature.
   Retail Price cell	Enter/edit the value in a firearm’s Retail Price cell to modify its sales price.
