Drawer Return screen

The Drawer Return screen allows the user to record a cash drawer return, reconcile it with the original cash drawer assignment, and print the reconciliation record.

Use the Drawer Return screen

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

   

2. Select POS Management > Drawer Return from the main menu to display the Drawer Return screen.

   

3. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   Cash Drawer # field	Scan or enter the barcode value from the drawer assignment sheet in the Cash Drawer # field.
   Submit button	Click the Submit button to add Cash and Checks amounts to the Amount Counted in Drawer column.
   Currency Count fields	Enter the counted number of each type of bill in the Currency Count fields.
   Coin Count fields	Enter the counted number of each type of coin in the Coin Count fields.
   Checks Total field	Enter the combined total amount of checks in the Checks Total field.
   Reconcile button	Click the Reconcile button to add Cash Short and Checks Over amounts to the Over/Short column.
   Submit and Print button	Click the Submit and Print button to send the document to a printer.
