Department Review - Yearly screen

The Department Review - Yearly screen allows the user to review and print a report showing department-by-department inventory, sales, and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) values for a selected past period.

Note: A user must be granted the Reports permission to view/use this feature.

Use the Department Review - Yearly screen

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center Ribbon Menu.

2. 

   Select Reports > Department Review > Department Review - Yearly from the ribbon menu to display the Department Review - Yearly screen.

3. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   Date drop-down	Select a historic date from the drop-down to display information for that time period.
   Raw Data and Report tabs	Click the Raw Data tab to display a grid that can be filtered, sorted, and grouped. Click the Report tab to display and print a report showing data as filtered, sorted, and grouped on the Raw Data tab.
   Grid Layout Controls	Save and Recall a Grid Layout
   List/Raw Data Tab controls	Search, Sort, Filter, Display, and Export a List
   Report controls	Use these controls on the Report tab as needed to modify the report. Navigate, Update, Modify, Preview, Print, and Export a Report
   Days of Stock gear button	Click the button to display the Current Days of Stock Thresholds window and set upper and lower limits for each color band.
   Sell Thru % gear button	Click the button to display the Sell Thru % Thresholds window and set upper and lower limits for each color band.
   Inventory Turns gear button	Click the button to display the Inventory Turns Thresholds window and set upper and lower limits for each color band.
   GMROI gear button	Click the button to display the GMROI Thresholds window and set upper and lower limits for each color band.
