Attribute Control screen

The Attribute Control screen allows the user to add or remove a mandatory attribute for a selected type of item.

Use the Attribute Control screen

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

   

2. Select Setup > Mandatory Attributes from the main menu to display the Attribute Control screen.

   

3. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   blank (All Items) drop-down	Select an item descriptor from the drop-down field to add or remove a mandatory attribute to that item type. Select All Items from the drop-down to add a mandatory attribute for all item types.
   Delete button	Click an attribute’s Delete button to remove it from the Attribute Name list.
   Add Mandatory Attribute drop-down	Select an attribute from the Add Mandatory Attribute drop-down (or enter the name of a new attribute in the field) to identify it as a mandatory attribute for the selected item type.
   Add button	Click the Add button to add the identified attribute to the Attribute Name list.
   Delete button	Click an attribute’s Delete button to remove it from the Attribute Name list.
