Void a Firearm Transaction

1. Identify the Customer.

2. Click the Current tab to display the Current window.

   Note: If necessary, click the expand button beside the Firearm Transactions heading to display the customer’s current firearm transactions.

3. Click a firearm to display details.

   

4. Locate the Void button.

   Note: If the Void button is not present, the firearm transaction may not be voided at this time.

5. Click the Void button to display a confirmation window.
6. Click the Yes button to close the window, remove the transaction from the Firearm Transactions section, and close the Current window.
