Complete the appropriate procedure to open the shooter’s Party Control window:
- If the shooter is in the Range Queue, click the View button to display the Party Control window.
- If the shooter has been assigned a lane, click the customer’s marker in the assigned lane timeline to display the Party Control window.
Note the color-coded boxes on the shooter's tab to determine his/her current status:
- Blue (Transaction): A solid box indicates the shooter has an outstanding balance on a suspended transaction.
- Pink (Rental): A solid box indicates the shooter is currently renting a firearm.
- Green (Waiver): A solid box indicates the shooter has a signed, non-expired waiver on file.
