Version 2.4 Reports Overview

The following reports share consistent data among themselves.

Retail Information Report

1. The Sales Total field displays the same value as the
   • Department Sales Total field (B),
   • Sales Total field (C) on the Sales Tax Report,
   • Total Sales field (D) on the Items Sold Report, and
   • Sold Price field (I) on the Transaction Item Report.
2. The Department Sales Total field displays the same value as the
   • Sales Total field (A),
   • Sales Total field (C) on the Sales Tax Report,
   • Total Sales field (D) on the Items Sold Report, and
   • Sold Price field (I) on the Transaction Item Report.

Sales Tax Report

3. The Sales Total field displays the same value as the
   • Sales Total field (A) on the Retail Information Report,
   • Department Sales Total field (B) on the Retail Information Report,
   • Total Sales field (D) on the Items Sold Report, and
   • Sold Price field (I) on the Transaction Item Report.

Items Sold Report

4. The Total Sales field displays the same value as the
   • Sales Total field (A) on the Retail Information Report,
   • Department Sales Total field (B) on the Retail Information Report,
   • Sales Total field (C) on the Sales Tax Report, and
   • Sold Price field (I) on the Transaction Item Report.
5. The COGS field displays the same value as the COGS field (J) on the Transaction Item Report.
6. The Discounts field displays the same value as the Discounts field (K) on the Transaction Item Report.
7. The GP$ field displays the same value as the GP$ field (L) on the Transaction Item Report.
8. The GP% field displays the same value as the GP% field (M) on the Transaction Item Report.

Transaction Item Report

9. The Sold Price field displays the same value as the
   • Sales Total field (A) on the Retail Information Report,
   • Department Sales Total field (B) on the Retail Information Report,
   • Sales Total field (C) on the Sales Tax Report, and
   • Total Sales field (D) on the Items Sold Report.
10. The COGS field displays the same value as the COGS field (E) on the Items Sold Report.
11. The Discounts field displays the same value as the Discounts field (F) on the Items Sold Report.
12. The GP$ field displays the same value as the GP$ field (G) on the Items Sold Report.
13. The GP% field displays the same value as the GP% field (H) on the Items Sold Report.
