Accounting menu

The Accounting menu allows the user to access the AXIS system's accounting features and share data with third-party accounting software (i.e., QuickBooks).

Note: A user must be granted the Accounting permission to view/use this menu.

Select the desired menu option to display the corresponding resource.

Accounting Setup	Select Accounting > Accounting Setup to access the Accounting Setup screen.
GL Postings	Select Accounting > GL Postings to access the GL Postings screen.
AP Postings	Select Accounting > AP Postings to access the AP Postings screen.
Adjustment Postings	Select Accounting > Adjustment Postings to access the Adjustment Postings screen.
