Identify the Customer

Complete the following procedure to identify a customer on to the Cash Register screen in the Register application.

  1. Locate the Customer Look-up field in the upper left corner of the Cash Register screen.

    Note: If another customer is already selected, click the Clear Customer button beside the field to clear the selection.

  2. Complete the following procedures as appropriate to add the customer's information to the Cash Register screen:

    ClosedAdd a New Customer

    ClosedSelect an Existing Customer

    ClosedIdentify a Customer with the Current Tab
