View and Update the Duplicate Customer List

  1. ClosedNavigate to the Duplicate Customer List screen.

    1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center Ribbon Menu.

    2. Select ClosedCustomer Admin > Duplicate Customer List from the ribbon menu to display the Duplicate Customer List screen.

  2. Sort and Filter Reporting Screen Data as needed to modify the list displayed on the screen.
  3. Click a customer's Details button to display the Customer Merge window and a list of potential duplicate records.

  4. Complete the following procedure to address each customer record shown in the window:

  5. Click the Submit button to close the window and update the list on the screen.
  6. Click the tab's Close button to close the screen.
