Duplicate Customer List screen

The Duplicate Customer List screen allows the user to review a list of potential duplicate customer records and decide whether to merge or distinguish (identify as distinct) these records.

Use the Duplicate Customer List screen

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center Ribbon Menu.

2. 

   Select Customer Admin > Duplicate Customer List from the ribbon menu to display the Duplicate Customer List screen.

3. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   Grid Layout Controls	Save and Recall a Grid Layout
   List/Raw Data Tab controls	Search, Sort, Filter, Display, and Export a List
   Details button	Click a customer's Details button to display the Customer Merge window and a list of potential duplicate records.
   Primarycheckbox	Check the Primary checkbox for the customer record to be retained.
   Duplicatecheckbox	Check the Duplicate checkbox for every customer record to be merged with the Primary record.
   Not Duplicatecheckbox	Check the Not Duplicate checkbox for every customer record to be kept distinct from the Primary record.
