Set a Product’s Min/Max Levels to Suggested Values

Complete the following procedure to manually adjust a product's min/max levels to their suggested values.

1. Navigate to the Inventory Level screen.

   1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center Ribbon Menu.

   2. 

      Select Inventory Management > Inventory Level from the ribbon menu to display the Inventory Level screen.

   

2. Select onscreen options to determine which products are displayed on the screen:

   • Filter by Vendor:
     Select a vendor from the Vendor drop-down to display only products associated with that vendor. (Click the Select All vendor name to display products from all vendors.)

     Note: If an product is linked to a case UPC, the case UPC will display on the screen and the unit UPC will not.

   • Filter by Min/Max Type:
     Select either Suggested or Manual from the Min/Max Type drop-down to display products that utilize the corresponding method to set min/max levels.

     Note: If the Automatic option is selected, min/max values for displayed products are automatically adjusted to suggested levels and the manual adjustment feature is not available.

   • Sort and Filter Reporting Screen Data as desired.
3. Locate the Adjust to Suggested column in the list.

4. Complete the following procedures as needed to select the product(s) that will be adjusted:

   Note: When a product is selected, the values in its Current Min and Current Max cells will temporarily change to match the values in its Suggested Min and Suggested Max cells (respectively)

   • Check an item’s Adjust to Suggested checkbox to select it.
   • Uncheck an item’s Adjust to Suggested checkbox to deselect it.
   • Check the Adjust to Suggested checkbox in the column header to select all items.
   • Uncheck the Adjust to Suggested checkbox in the column header to deselect all items.
5. Click the Submit button to display a change confirmation window.
6. Click the OK button to close the window and update the screen.
