Add or Remove a Membership Incentive Attribute/Descriptor Combination

Complete the following procedure to add an attribute/descriptor combination to (or remove a combination from) a membership incentive. Adding a attribute/descriptor combination adds all products having that combination to the incentive.

1. Navigate to the Define Memberships screen.

   1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

      

   2. Select Memberships > Define Memberships from the main menu to display the Define Memberships screen.

   

2. Click a membership in the Membership Name list to display its Membership Incentives section.

   

3. Click an incentive to display its details record, including lists of associated products and attribute/descriptor combinations.

4. Complete the following procedures as needed to add or remove attribute/descriptor combination:

   • Add an Attribute/Descriptor Combination

     1. Click the Add Attr/Desc button to display the Select Attribute/Descriptor window.

        

     2. Select an attribute from the Attribute drop-down field.
     3. Select a descriptor from the Descriptor drop-down field.
     4. Click the Submit button to close the window and add the attribute and descriptor to the list.
     5. Double-click the details record to close it.
     6. Click the tab's Close button to close the screen.

   • Remove an Attribute/Descriptor Combination

     1. Click an attribute/descriptor combination's Delete button to remove it from the list.
     2. Double-click the details record to close it.
     3. Click the tab's Close button to close the screen.
