Modify a Member's Recurring Billing Membership Information

Complete the following procedure to update a customer's recurring billing information for a membership.

  1. ClosedNavigate to the Recurring Member List screen.

    1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center Ribbon Menu.

    2. Select ClosedMemberships > Recurring Member List from the ribbon menu to display the Recurring Member List screen.

  2. If needed, Sort and Filter Reporting Screen Data.

  3. Click the member’s Edit button to display the Credit Card Information window.

  4. ClosedEdit Credit Card information in the window.

  5. Click the Submit button to save credit card information and close the Credit Card Information window.
  6. Click the tab's Close button to close the screen.
