Customer List screen

The Customer List screen allows the user to view a list of all customer records, to import customer data from an Excel file, and to identify and address duplicate records.

Use the Customer List screen

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center Ribbon Menu.

2. 

   Select Customer Admin > Customer List from the ribbon menu to display the Customer List screen.

3. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   Toggle Merge button	Click the Toggle Merge button to display (or hide) controls for merging and distinguishing customer records.
   Import button	Click the Import button to import data from a formatted Excel file.
   Export Template button	Click the Export Template button to export the template format to an Excel file.

   • Manually Identify and Manage Duplicate Customer Records
