Products on Hold for (customer) screen

The Products on Hold for (customer) screen allows the user to view a customer's product holds.

Use the Products on Hold for (customer) screen

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center Ribbon Menu.

2. Select a Customer.

3. 

   Select Customer Admin > Products on Hold from the ribbon menu to display the selected customer's Products on Hold for (customer) screen.

4. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   Refresh button

   Click the Refresh button to update the screen with the latest information.
