Firearms Bound Book screen

The Firearms Bound Book (Non-NFA) screen allows the user to view, update, export, and print the Non-NFA bound book.

Use the Firearms Bound Book screen

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center Ribbon Menu.

2. 

   Select Firearms > Bound Books > Non-NFA from the ribbon menu to display the Firearms Bound Book screen.

3. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   Include Active Records Only checkbox	Check the Include Active Records Only checkbox to display only active records. Uncheck the box to display inactive as well as active records.
   Acquisition Date Range fields	Enter starting and ending dates in the Acquisition Date Range fields and press the Enter key to display results from that time frame. Note: When a screen is first opened, the date fields are blank and the screen displays the entire Bound Book record.
   All Dates checkbox	Uncheck the All Dates checkbox to activate the Acquisition Date Range fields and allow the list to be filtered by date. Check the box to display records from all dates.
   Print Bound Book button	Click the Print Bound Book button to print/save the bound book. Note: If the onscreen list has been filtered in any way, the system prints the filtered version of the book.
   Firearm record	Click a firearm record to display its Information for Log # (number) window. Note: A firearm record (Log #) may be associated with multiple, sequential Bound Book # values, each of which is presented as a single line item in the list. The highest/last Bound Book # associated with a given Log # is its active record. Click this entry to display the firearm's active Information for Log # window. Refer to Modify a Firearm Record in a Bound Book for information on modifying this record. Clicking a lower/earlier Bound Book # displays a grayed out, inactive, historical window that cannot be modified.
