Gunsmith Physical Firearm Inventory Count screen

The Gunsmith Physical Firearm Inventory Count screen allows the user to perform a physical inventory count for gunsmithing firearms.

Use the Gunsmith Physical Firearm Inventory Count screen

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center Ribbon Menu.

2. 

   Select Firearms > Physical Firearm Inventory Count > Gunsmith from the ribbon menu to display the Gunsmith Physical Firearm Inventory Count screen.

3. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   Blank field	Scan or enter the firearm's Log Number (or INV#) in the blank field and press the Enter key to move the firearm to the bottom of the list and display a "Scanned" value in its Status cell.
   Refresh button	Click the Refresh button when all firearms have been entered.
   Status cell	Review a firearm's Status cell to determine its count status: "Waiting for Scan" indicates the firearm is not present or has not been scanned. "Scanned" indicates the firearm has been counted. "Item Does Not Have Inbound Status" indicates the firearm has been disposed. "Firearm Not Found" indicates the entered Log Number is invalid or has been voided.
