Loss/Gain Reasons screen

The Loss/Gain Reasons screen allows the user to create, edit, and delete loss/gain reasons (explanations for stock discrepancies).

Use the Loss/Gain Reasons screen

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

   

2. Select Setup > Loss/Gain Reasons from the main menu to display the Loss/Gain Reasons screen.

   

3. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   New Reason button	Click the New Reason button to create a loss/gain reason with the Define/Edit Stock Discrepancy Reason window.
   Edit button	Click a loss/gain reason’s Edit button to modify it in the Define/Edit Stock Discrepancy Reason window.
   Delete button	Click a loss/gain reason’s Delete button to remove it from the list.

   Note: Required fields and settings are displayed with red borders. Reason Enter a descriptive reason for a loss or gain (e.g., Theft, In Store Use, etc.) For Product Check the checkbox if the reason applies to standard (non-firearm) products. For Firearm Check the checkbox if the reason applies to firearms.
