Combine Tabs for Customers

Complete the following procedure to combine two or more transactions into a single tab.

  1. Navigate to the Suspended Transactions page on the History window to view suspended transactions.

  2. Check a transaction's Combine checkbox to include it in the combination.
  3. When all desired transactions have been selected, select the appropriate option from the drop-down field above the Combine button.

  4. Click the Combine button to combine the selected transactions, clear them from the Suspended Transactions tab, and display the combination transaction where appropriate.
