Manage an Employee’s System Credentials

Complete the following procedure to manage an employee's login ID, password, and security roles.

1. Navigate to an employee's Security Information for (employee) screen.

   1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

   2. Select an Employee.

      

   3. Select Employee > Security Information from the main menu to display the employee's Security Information for (employee) screen.

   

2. Complete the following procedures as needed to manage employee credentials:

   • Modify an Employee’s Employee Number
   • Modify an Employee’s Password
   • Select an Employee’s Security Roles
