Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

Select Receiving > Invoicing from the main menu to display the Invoicing screen.

Features
| Select Vendor list | Click a vendor name in the Select Vendor list to display only invoices for that vendor. (Click the All vendor name to display invoices for all vendors.) |
| From and To fields |
Enter dates in the From and To fields to display only purchase orders from that date range. (These fields default to a 3-month date range ending on the current date. They are active only when the All Dates checkbox is not checked.) |
| All Dates checkbox | Check the All Dates checkbox to display invoices from all dates. Uncheck the All Dates checkbox to activate the From and To fields. |
| Refresh button | Click the Refresh button to activate the selected list restrictions. |
| Search POs button and blank field | Enter all or part of a PO number in the text field and click the Search POs button to display only invoices associated with purchase orders that contain the entered text. |
| Merge checkbox and Merge button | Select two or more invoices (check their Mergecheckboxes) and click the Merge button (the Mergecolumn header) to merge the invoices. (These controls are available only when a vendor has been selected from the Select Vendor list.) Refer to Merge Invoices for more information. |
| Details button | Click an invoice's Details button to display its details on the Invoice Details screen. |
| Delete button |
Click an invoice's Delete button to remove it from the screen. |
