The Customer Look-up window allows the user to select a customer in order to review or modify the customer's record or create a non-firearm work order.
Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center Ribbon Menu.
Complete one of the following procedures as appropriate to display the Customer Look-up window.
Select Customer Admin > Select Customer from the ribbon menu to display the Customer Look-up window.
Select Customer Admin > Select Another Customer from the ribbon menu to display the Customer Look-up window.
Select Work Orders > New Work Order from the ribbon menu to display the New Work Order screen.
Click the screen's Select Customer button to create a non-firearm work order.Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.
