Customer Look-up window

The Customer Look-up window allows the user to select a customer in order to review or modify the customer's record or create a non-firearm work order.

Use the Customer Look-up window

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center Ribbon Menu.

2. Complete one of the following procedures as appropriate to display the Customer Look-up window.

   • 

     Select Customer Admin > Select Customer from the ribbon menu to display the Customer Look-up window.

   • 

     Select Customer Admin > Select Another Customer from the ribbon menu to display the Customer Look-up window.

   • 

     Select Work Orders > New Work Order from the ribbon menu to display the New Work Order screen.

     Click the screen's Select Customer button to create a non-firearm work order.

   

3. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   Phone field	Enter the customer's phone number in the Phone field and press the Enter key to display all matching results in the list.
   Last Name field	Enter all or part of the customer’s last name in the Last Name field and press the Enter key to display all matching results in the list.
   Customer Name	Double-click a customer name to select the customer and close the Customer Look-up window.
   Cancel button	Click the Cancel button to close the window.

   • Select a Customer
   • Create a Work Order (non-firearm)
