Inbound Consignment screen

The Inbound Consignment screen allows the user to document the acquisition of one or more firearms from a private seller (customer) for the purposes of selling on consignment.

Use the Inbound Consignment screen

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center Ribbon Menu.

2. 

   Select Firearms > Transactions > Consignment > Inbound Consignment from the ribbon menu to display the Inbound Consignment screen.

3. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   Select Party button	Click the Select Party button to Select or Add a Customer.
   Add Incoming button	Click the Add Incoming button to Describe a Firearm and add it to the transaction.
   Set Date field	Enter the transaction (acquisition) date (mm/dd/yyyy) or Select a Date with the calendar button in the Set Date field.
   Additional Information field	Enter incoming firearm notes in the Additional Information field as needed.
   Gun Show drop-down	If the transaction occurred at a gun show, select the gun show from the Gun Show drop-down field.
   Submit button	Click the Submit button to print a receipt and send the transaction to the customer's Current record in the Register application for processing and payments.
