Transfer In screen

The Transfer In screen allows the user to document the incoming transfer (acquisition) of one or more firearms from a private seller (customer) or firearm vendor.

Use the Transfer In screen

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center Ribbon Menu.

2. 

   Select Firearms > Transactions > Transfer > Transfer In from the ribbon menu to display the Transfer In screen.

3. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   Select Dealer button	If the transfer is from a firearm vendor, click the Select Dealer button to Select a Firearm Vendor.
   Select Customer button	If the transfer is from a private seller, click the Select Customer button to Select or Add a Customer.
   Add Transfer button	Click the Add Transfer button to Describe a Firearm and add it to the transaction.
   Set Date field	Enter the transaction (acquisition) date (mm/dd/yyyy) or Select a Date with the calendar button in the Set Date field.
   Additional Information field	Enter incoming firearm notes in the Additional Information field as needed.
   Submit button	Click the Submit button to send the transaction to the appropriate system features.
