Special Orders Report screen

The Special Orders Report screen allows the user to view, modify, and print special orders and assign special order items to new or existing purchase orders.

Use the Special Orders Report screen

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

   

2. Select Purchasing > Special Orders Report from the main menu to display the Special Orders Report screen.

   

3. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   Date Range fields	Enter starting and ending dates in the Date Range fields to display special orders from only a specific time frame.
   Show Outstanding Orders Only checkbox	Check the Show Outstanding Orders Only checkbox to display only special orders that have not been fulfilled. Uncheck the checkbox to display all special orders.
   Submit button	Click the Submit button to activate the selected list restrictions.
   View button	Click a special order's View button to display the Special Order Request window.
   Edit Notes button	Click a special order's Edit Notes button to modify the special order's notes.
   Special Order Request Window controls
   Scan or Enter UPC field	Scan or enter a UPC in the Scan or Enter UPC field to add the corresponding product to the special order.
   Add New Product button	Click the Add New Product button to add a new product to the special order.
   Product Search button	Click the Product Search button to select an existing product to add to the special order.
   Remove button	Click a product's Remove button to remove it from the special order.
   Purchase Order drop-down	Select a purchase order from the product's Purchase Order drop-down field to add it to the selected purchase order.
   Print SO button	Click the Print SO button to print the special order or save it as an electronic file.
   Create New PO button	Click the Create New PO button to create a purchase order for the selected special order.
   Close button	Click the Close button to close the Special Order Request window.
