Gift Card List screen

The Gift Card List screen allows the user to view gift card data (including card purchases and uses) and import gift card data from a formatted Excel file.

Use the Gift Card List screen

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

   

2. Select Reports > Gift Card List from the main menu to display the Gift Card List screen.

   Note: A user must be granted the Reports permission to view/use this feature.

   

3. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   Current Balance selection button	Click the Current Balance selection button to display the standard gift card balance report.
   Purchases and Uses selection button	Click the Purchases and Uses selection button to display the purchases and uses report.
   Import button	Click the Import button to import gift card data from a formatted Excel file.
   Purchases button	Click a gift card's Purchases button to display instances of money being added to the card.
   Uses button	Click a gift card's Uses button to display instances of money being removed from the card.
