Memberships for (customer) screen

The Memberships for (customer) screen allows the user to view, update expiration dates for, suspend, and reactivate a customer's memberships.

Use the Memberships for (customer) screen

1. Log In to the Data Center Application to display the Data Center ribbon menu.

2. Select a Customer.

   

3. Select Customer Admin > Memberships from the main menu to display the customer's Memberships for (customer) screen.

   

4. Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

   Membership entry	Double-click a membership to update the membership's expiration date.
   Membership entry	Click a membership to select it.
   Suspend Membership button	Click the Suspend Membership button to suspend the selected membership for a specified period of time.
   Cancel Suspend button	Click the Cancel Suspend button to reactivate (unsuspend) the selected membership.

   • Maintain a Customer’s Memberships
   • Update a Customer’s Membership Expiration Date
   • Suspend a Customer’s Membership
   • Reactivate a Customer’s Membership
