Label Printing window

The Label Printing window allows the user to print labels and receiving (purchase order and invoice) reports.

Use the Label Printing window

Complete one of the following procedures as appropriate to display the Label Printing window.

Note: A user must be granted the ProductCost permission to view/use some of the fields on this window.

Navigate to an active purchase order's Receiving Details screen and click the Submit button. (Refer toReceive Inventory Items for more information.)
Navigate to an active invoice's Invoice Details screen and click the Submit button. (Refer to Complete an Invoice for more information.)
Navigate to a completed purchase order's Receiving Details History screen and click an item's Print button. (Refer to Review a Completed Purchase Order for more information.)
Navigate to a completed invoice's Invoice Details History screen and click an item's Print button. (Refer to Review a Completed Invoice for more information.)

Qty to Print checkbox	Check a product’s checkbox to select it. Uncheck a product's checkbox to deselect it. Check the column header checkbox to select all products. Uncheck the column header checkbox to deselect all products.
Unit Cost column	The Unit Cost column highlights a cell if its value is zero or is larger than the value in the corresponding Last Cost cell.
Retail Price column	The Retail Price column highlights a cell if its value is zero.
Print Receiving button	Click the Print Receiving button to display the Receiving Details Report window
Print Invoice button	Click the Print Invoice button to display the Invoice Report window.
Cancel button	Click the Cancel button to close the window.
Submit button	Click the Submit button to print labels for selected products.
