Receiving Details Report window

The Receiving Details Report window allows the user to review, save, and print a record of items received on a purchase order (or packing slip).

Use the Receiving Details Report window

Complete one of the following procedures as appropriate to display the Receiving Details Report window.

Navigate to a purchase order's Receiving Details screen and click the Print Receiving button.
Navigate to a purchase order's Label Printing window and click the Print Receiving button.
Navigate to the Receiving History screen and click a purchase order's Print button.

Complete the desired procedure(s) with onscreen features.

Report controls	Click the green Back and Forward arrow buttons to move through report history. Click the red Stop button to stop historical navigation. Click the green Refresh button to refresh the information on the screen. Click the blue First, Previous, Next, and Last buttons to move through the report's pages. Click the Page Setup button to modify the report's page size, orientation, margins, and source as desired for printing. Click the Print Preview button to display a preview of the printed report. (Click the button again to return to the original view.) Click the Print button to print the report. Click the Export button to display a drop-down menu of export options.
Received Firearms section	The Received Firearms section displays details from the Firearm tab on the Receiving Details screen.
Received Serialized Nonfirearms section	The Received Serialized Nonfirearms section displays details from the Serialized Nonfirearms tab on the Receiving Details screen.
