Purchasing menu

The Purchasing menu allows the user to set up, maintain, and review vendors, vendor catalogs, purchase orders, sales orders, and special order products.

Note: A user must be granted the Purchasing permission to view/use this menu.

Select the desired menu option to display the corresponding resource.

Select Vendor	Select Purchasing > Select Vendor to access the Vendor List window.
Add New Vendor	Select Purchasing > Add New Vendor to access a blank Vendor Information for (vendor) screen.
Vendor List	Select Purchasing > Vendor List to access the Vendor List screen.
Vendor Catalog	Select Purchasing > Vendor Catalog to access the Vendor Catalog Detail screen.
Create Purchase Orders	Select Purchasing > Create Purchase Orders to access the Create Purchase Orders screen.
Create Vendor Purchase Orders	Select Purchasing > Create Vendor Purchase Orders to access the Vendor Purchase Order screen.
Pending Purchase Orders	Select Purchasing > Pending Purchase Orders to access the Pending Purchase Orders screen.
Special Orders Report	Select Purchasing > Special Orders Report to access the Special Orders Report screen.
Sales Orders and Quotes	Select Purchasing > Sales Orders and Quotes to access the Sales Orders and Quotes screen.
Sales Order History	Select Purchasing > Sales Order History to access the Sales Order History screen.
