Firearms menu

The Firearms menu allows the user to document the acquisition and disposition of firearms, maintain Bound Books, perform firearm stocktaking, set up, maintain, and review range, lane, and waiver information, range products and rentals, and review an assortment of useful statistical reports on range usage.

Note: A user must be granted the Firearms permission to view/use this menu.

Select the desired

menu option to display the corresponding resource.

Transactions

Select Firearms > Transactions to display a list of options:

Purchase

Select Firearms > Transactions > Purchase to access the Firearm Purchase screen.

Sale

Select Firearms > Transactions > Sale to access the Firearm Sale screen.

Trade

Select Firearms > Transactions > Trade to access the Firearm Trade screen.

Consignment

Select Firearms > Transactions > Consignment to display a list of options:

Inbound Consignment

Select Firearms > Transactions > Consignment > Inbound Consignment to access the Inbound Consignment screen.

Inbound Consignment Return

Select Firearms > Transactions > Consignment > Inbound Consignment Return to access the Inbound Consignment Return screen.

Transfer

Select Firearms > Transactions > Transfer to display a list of options:

Transfer In

Select Firearms > Transactions > Transfer > Transfer In to access the Transfer In screen.

Transfer Out

Select Firearms > Transactions > Transfer > Transfer Out to access the Transfer Out screen.

Firearm Inventory Report

Select Firearms > Firearm Inventory Report to access the Firearm Inventory Report screen.

Inventory Aging Report

Select Firearms > Inventory Aging Report to access the Firearm Inventory Aging screen.

Physical Firearm Inventory Count

Select Firearms > Physical Firearm Inventory Count to display a list of options:

Gunsmith

Select Firearms > Physical Firearm Inventory Count > Gunsmith to access the Gunsmith Physical Firearm Inventory Count screen.

NFA

Select Firearms > Physical Firearm Inventory Count > NFA to access the NFA Physical Firearm Inventory Count screen.

Non-NFA

Select Firearms > Physical Firearm Inventory Count > Non-NFA to access the Non-NFA Physical Firearm Inventory Count screen.

Reporting

Select Firearms > Reporting to display a list of options:

Sales Report

Select Firearms > Reporting > Sales Report to access the Firearm Sales Report screen.

Transactions Report

Select Firearms > Reporting > Transactions Report to access the Firearm Transactions Report screen.

Inbound Consignments

Select Firearms > Reporting > Inbound Consignments to access the Inbound Consignments screen.

Waiting Period Report

Select Firearms > Reporting > Waiting Period Report to access the Waiting Period Report screen.

Firearm Taxes

Select Firearms > Firearm Taxes to access the Firearm Taxes screen.
