AXIS Update Notes: February 2017

New in the Data Center Ribbon Menu

• 

  Select Customer Admin > Duplicate Customer List from the ribbon menu to display the Duplicate Customer List screen.

• 

  Select Reports > Manufacturer Sales Report from the ribbon menu to display the Manufacturer Sales Report screen.

Security Roles

• The new IMAddAttribute security role permits the user to add a new attribute or descriptor to the system when editing/bulk editing product information. (A user who has not been assigned this role may only select an existing attribute or descriptor from a list.) When the software update is installed, the system will automatically assign this role to every user that has the InventoryManagement role.
• The new ReceivingReceiveAllButton security role permits the user to use the Receive All button on the Receiving Details screen. When the software update is installed, the system will not assign this role to any user.

Communications

• The Email Templates screen has a slightly new look and expanded situation-specific email options.

  

Reports

• The new Manufacturer Sales Report screen allows the user to see sales and profit information by manufacturer.

• The Retail Information Report screen now features a Register drop-down field that allows the user to filter the report to a single Register workstation.

• The Sales Performance Report screen now features a Chart View tab that allows the user to view selected data as a chart, graph, or other visual representation.

Accounting

• The system now allows the user to remap accounts with greater precision and speed.
